Business Days (the "App") for monday.com, published by Lesstep.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

What the App receives

When one of your automations runs the App, monday.com sends it: your account ID and the ID of the user the automation runs for, the board, item and column IDs, the date and the number of days configured in the automation, and a short-lived access token issued by monday.com.

The App uses these only to compute the date and write it to that item's date column through the monday.com API, with that short-lived token. It does not read item names, other columns, updates or files.

What the App stores

Only your account's settings: the holiday country, working days, company days off and time zone, saved by an account admin. They are stored in monday.com's secure storage for apps (monday code), keyed by your account ID. Nothing else is stored, and the App has no database of its own.

Where it runs

The App runs on monday code, monday.com's hosting for apps. If a request fails, a technical error message may be kept in monday code's logs to fix the problem. Holiday data is built into the App; it does not call any other service.

What we do not do

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the App stops all processing. To have your account's settings deleted, email us from your monday.com account's admin address, with your account URL.

Billing

If the App is paid, subscriptions are handled by monday.com under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details.

If you write to us

If you email support, we use your address and message only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that.

Changes

If the App starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date above before releasing that version.
